Assistant Lettings Manager - Exciting Opportunity with Our Client
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join one of their flagship branches, working as part of a highly successful lettings team.
In this role, you will take on a key leadership position, deputising for the Lettings Manager when required and providing essential support to the team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Lettings Consultant looking to step up or a current Assistant Manager seeking better career growth, training, and earning potential.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in Residential Lettings (essential)
2. Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
3. IT proficient with experience using MS Office packages
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
5. Proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team
7. Full UK driving licence required
Salary & Benefits:
1. Basic salary circa £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
2. Realistic OTE of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (commission & bonuses)

Hours of Work:
1. 5-day week:
2. Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
3. Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
4. Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a weekday off when working Saturdays)
