The Role
As a Senior Administrator at Denewood Academy, you will take a lead role in supporting the centralised Business Support Services as well as the Senior Leadership Team at the Academy in areas of finance, HR, payroll, administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and school office responsibilities. You will work closely with the Head of School and Executive Principal of Alternative Provision as well as other Senior Leaders.

Qualifications
1. 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent - Essential
2. NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in relevant discipline or willingness to work towards - Desirable
3. School Business Management qualification e.g. CSBM or willing to work towards - Desirable

1. Dedicated - Essential

4. Experience of a wide range of administrative functions, including managing a team of staff - Essential

7. Previous experience working as an office manager in an educational environment - Desirable
8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times - Essential
9. Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail, in order to produce reports, take minutes of meetings, and document safeguarding concerns - Essential
10. Willingness to work with children and young people - Essential
11. Ability to establish positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues - Essential
