* Manage platform and data roadmap, address issues in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
* Become a subject matter expert for customer data platforms and support large-scale implementation projects.
* Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, integrations, and developments.
* Collaborate with Communications and Campaigns teams to optimise platform and data usage.
* Support the implementation of new channels and integrations, such as SMS.
* Convert data questions into actionable briefs for data consultants.
* Coordinate data analysis and insight briefs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reporting and insights.
* Champion accurate and efficient data collection across the business, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
* Assist the CRM team with various CRM-related tasks and projects as needed.
* Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* A proactive problem solver with a knack for finding solutions.
* Naturally curious and ready to ask questions, speak up, and challenge when necessary.
* Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
