Job Location: NewcastleEngland (HybridWorking)
Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support for aftersales maintenance to customersin the Europeanmarket including onsite consultation analysis ofissues maintenancerecommendations construction planning and producttraining.
2. Manage quality control by handlingcustomer complaints conducting root causeanalysis submittinganalysis reports and improvement plans and ensuring followupandresolution.
3. Organize technical reviews andquality analysis meetings as needed submit analysisreports andcorrective action plans.
4. Develop enhance andoptimize technical support documents and maintenance SOPsandconduct training sessions.
5. Collaborate withsales and engineering teams to meet customer needscommunicateeffectively with customers and enhance customersatisfaction.
6. Participate in safety managementduring onsite customer visits and assist indeveloping relevantsafety operation training materials forcustomers.
7. Handle projectbased and adhoc tasksassigned byleadership.
Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant professionalcertification.
2. 3 years or more of experiencein customer service or technical support with practicalexperiencein mechanical operations and the ability to interpret engineeringdrawings.
3. Strong problemsolvingskills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.
5. Fluency in Speaking English isrequired.
6. Knowledge of relevant industry standards andregulations.
