We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Compliance Officer to join our existing team at our Head Office in Leeds.
The Role:
The Quality Compliance Officer will support the Senior Regulatory and Compliance Officer in maintaining Compliance of Steeper Prosthetic, Orthotic and Distributed Products in all territories Steeper markets these devices. With a background in Prosthetics, Orthotics or Supply Chain and comfortable in one-to-one communication with External Regulatory Agencies and Suppliers. Proven experience with ISO (phone number removed) and MDSAP. The successful candidate will work with colleagues at all levels across the business as well as with third parties to promote engagement, monitor achievement, and drive improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Regulatory and Compliance Officer in all their daily activities.
* Look for ways to develop and improve the Regulatory and Compliance Function and build awareness and engagement at all levels.
* Work with members of the wider Eqwal group to share knowledge and best practice.

What we are looking for:
* Thorough and observant, with an eye for detail
* Experience in Prosthetics, Orthotics or both including product knowledge.
* Experience is Supply Chain activities.
* Working knowledge and a clear understanding of ISO13485 and MDR 2017/745 Regulation
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge of UK, EU, USA, Australia and Canada Medical device requirements.
* Engineering or other professional Qualification
* Experience in delivering projects and integrating them into existing business activities
