This role involves managing the procurement of materials, interpreting surveys, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will split their time between the office In Camberley and being out on site Duties • Ensure stock levels are kept up to date and order parts as and when required in a timely manner • Will need to liaise internally with different departments oi ensure task are completed on time • Complete Service Work and ensure your team have completed their tasks & documentation correctly. • Be responsible for your team’s holidays, timesheets, expenses and day to day HR issues • To manage your teams performance including review, appraisals and disciplinaries. • Ensure your team is working safely and in compliance with legislation / WCS processes & methods. • Highlight any training and upskilling needs within your team.
