IT Support Technician We’re recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Leeds-based company looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with desktop support, networking and storage infrastructure experience who wants to develop their first and second-line skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support onsite, via phone, or email. Troubleshoot IT issues and maintain system documentation. Support users with hardware, software and network problems. Configure and install laptops, desktops, and authorised software. Ensure security concerns are reported appropriately. What We’re Looking For: Active Directory & Windows Server administration O365 administration & ITIL certification Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi) Previous IT helpdesk experience (Microsoft certifications preferred) This is a great opportunity to join a supportive IT team in a well-established business.
