* We are GROWING, expanding and truly International!
* Hybrid or fully remote working environment.
* Pension – you will be auto enrolled into the pension after 3 months service. The company will contribute 3% and you will contribute 5%
* Option to purchase holidays – You are entitled to buy an additional 10 days per calendar year
* Additional service days – Once you have completed a full calendar year of service you will be entitled to an additional day’s holiday. You will get 1 day each year up to 5 days.
* Charity days off – You can take 2 fully paid days off each year to do charity work.

So, what will you be doing?
ReBound are looking to welcome a dedicated customer focused Client Manager who excels at building and nurturing customer relationships, has exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of driving client delight. This is a full-time permanent position working at our Telford site but be trusted to work in a hybrid manner and in return you will get a highly competitive salary plus a solid career and development programme from the start.
As our Client Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for any escalations that arise within your client base, aiming to resolve queries in a timely manner. You’ll be driving and improving our overall customer satisfaction through building and maintaining effective relationships through regular contact with our customers whether that be via calls or site visits. As our Client Manager you take pride in delivering best-in-class customer care services by being the prime contact for your clients and maintaining regular contact daily.

* Develop an understanding of your key client’s business using a variety of sources and identify any commercial opportunities
* Identify and communicate any potential issues internally and be the customer representative onsite. Provide clear and concise processing instructions to internal departments.
* Align the ReBound Commercial Strategy to support the delivery of business objectives across all client accounts
* Analyse statistics and KPI’s: Creation of monthly reports detailing the KPI and SLA status
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
* Developing and maintaining long term strategic relationships with all clients. Developing trust relationships, ensuring our customers do not turn to the competition
What you will need!
* Experienced Customer Service/Account Manager background
* Experience working in a logistics or supply chain 3PL background desirable but not essential
* Effective communicator – written and oral
* Commercial awareness; you’re asking the right questions to understand the true reason for customer queries
* Analytically strong to assess and interpret data and come up with the best approach
* Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving experience
* Working 3/5 days in Telford
