Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a secondment post within the Urology Department at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate with preferably some medical secretarial experience to provide a secretarial and administrative service within the Urology. The successful candidate will join a friendly secretarial/administration team. This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months due to long-term sickness. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Main duties of the job Plan own day to day tasks and duties. Undertake routine typing and audio typing of clinical correspondence. Manage nurses diaries. Prioritise results, organise clinical activity and patient appointments.
