What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Engineer focusing on the petrochemical industry, your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers within the petrochemical sector that require Temperature Control solutions.
* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and bookings objectives.
* Market Penetration: Identify opportunities within the petrochemical market and develop strategies to penetrate these using a direct sales approach.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports the growing needs of the petrochemical industry.
* Market Growth: Grow market share by targeting competitor accounts and expanding within existing customer bases, while maintaining high service standards.
* Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to identify customer needs and offer the best solutions.
* CRM Management: Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities, leads, and data.
* Process Compliance: Adhere to Aggreko’s sales process and ensure compliance with CRM and CPQ procedures.
You’ll Have the Following Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience in technical sales
* A solid understanding of industrial processes
* A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to collaborate across teams
* Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
* Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts
