Senior Business Administrator
Part-time 20-25 hours pw
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £Competitive pa
Our client is seeking a new team member for this newly created role - working closely with senior management.
The role is varied and the successful candidate will need to work closely with managers across the business aiding both with day-to-day operations and more project-led administration support.
Key Duties:
1. Assisting with staff payroll
2. Supporting team managers
3. Recruitment, liaising with agencies for staff, onboarding new employees, assisting managers with performance and attendance issues
4. Supporting employees, including hiring and onboarding new employees, evaluating employee performance, and making travel arrangements
5. Supporting operations, including managing office activities, such as facilities management and communicating payroll information
6. Supporting compliance, including maintaining and updating company policies, procedures, and company legislation
Key Competencies:
1. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
2. Fast learner - taking on new information and tasks
3. Great organisational skills - with the skill to prioritise effectively
4. Proactive approach towards the needs of the business
