Join our team as a Student Recruitment officer – help us in shape the future of our vibrant university We are searching for a Student Recruitment Officer to join our team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the organisation and execution of an extensive regional events programme at HE institutions, school and colleges, as well as our own ULaw centres. You will be assist the Student Recruitment Manager with developing and implementing the regional strategy and the achievement of student recruitment KPIs. You must be articulate, engaging and able to show initiative –with experience in Student Recruitment. As our Student Recruitment Officer, you will be: Assisting in the delivery of presentations and workshops at Universities, Schools and Colleges and ULaw campuses Supporting the organisation and briefing of staff, student ambassadors and professionals attending events Supporting the recruitment and management of Student Ambassadors (ULaw students) and Campus Representatives Sharing intelligence findings gained from interactions with feeder institutions and external sources to help build awareness of the legal, business and competitor market, and identifying market opportunities for student growth. Experience of delivering presentations and interactive workshops to a wide range of audience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with university, colleagues and stakeholders Articulate and able to reach across people from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures Personable and excellent communicator Student recruitment experience and experience of working within schools, further education or higher education Why join us?
