We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and keyboard skills to provide administrative support to the Screening & Immunisation Services Department. The postholder will be responsible for providing an administrative role to the National Adult & Child Health Programmes working with a team within the department, ensuring patient records are maintained appropriately and accurately and also providing admin support at schools when delivering the immunisation programmes.
Ideally we are looking for someone with administrative experience as the job, at present, is quite paper-based, as well as being dependent on updating on Independent Computer systems. Also, we have a new computer system coming in next year, so someone that can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Candidates should have a good understanding of all aspects of administration with an excellent telephone manner.
