Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Salary: Up to £24,960 dependent on experience
Within VIVO we are currently recruiting for an Administrator who will be supporting the Planned Preventative Maintenance team in the Larkhill area.
Working within a team of 5, you will be managing escalations when PPM operatives cannot access domestic military properties on 2 occasions. It will be your responsibility to communicate with the families, then organise appointments for operatives to access the property. You will also be contacting the DIO and Military Command to gain access to properties where contact cannot be made.
You will be using the telephone to confirm next day appointments, along with managing the Red Card inbox, updating spreadsheets and handling any ad hoc work as necessary.
What you’ll need to do this role
You will use your previous experience within an administration position to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines, and be a confident communicator on the phone and over email. This role will include the use of Excel so you will be IT literate. As you will be in customer and client facing, it is ideal that you have previous experience in a customer facing role, especially over the phone.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within either an MOD or Construction/Property Maintenance environment.
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance to be considered for this role.
