We have one of the largest residential property teams in Scotland and over 30 years experience of helping people buy and sell their homes. We are looking for a paralegal to support the residential property team in Inverness. Experience in residential conveyancing is a must although a paralegal qualification is not essential.
The role will involve dealing with a broad range of residential property matters including house sales, and purchases. You will be assisting solicitors acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers. We carry out conveyancing across the country and from most of our office branch network.
The successful candidate will deal with an interesting and varied work load with high levels of client contact and must be capable of being an integral part of a large team of solicitors in a challenging, fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
