Your Role as Lead Practitioner of Science:
As Lead Practitioner, you will work closely with SLT and the Science department to deliver outstanding teaching and drive curriculum improvements.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Teaching Science across KS3-KS5, with a specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
2. Coaching and mentoring teachers to improve science teaching and learning
3. Leading STEM-focused extracurricular activities and outreach projects
4. Developing practical-based teaching strategies to enhance student engagement
5. Supporting curriculum development and GCSE & A-Level performance
