The Job:
Delivering Art lessons at KS3/4 is essential; KS5 experience is desirable.
Planning creative lessons to inspire and motivate students.
Adapting lessons to cater to diverse student needs.
Providing opportunities for recaps, extension tasks, and class discussions.
Leading intervention and catch-up sessions for exam students.
Understanding GCSE curriculum content thoroughly.
Inspiring students to develop a passion for the arts.
Requirements:
Passionate about the subject of Art.
Excellent subject knowledge and a proven track record of results.
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
Relevant qualifications (QTS, QTLS, NQT, PGCE, or as an Overseas Trained Teacher).
Educated to degree level.
Current DBS registered on the update system, or willingness to apply for one.
