Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum DOE + 15% target bonus
Location: West Yorkshire with travel to sites in the Eastern regions.
My client is looking to add a Head of Operations to their team to work on station enhancement projects valued between £5-15m as part of a framework for CP7. The role will be split between office and site work.

It is important that you come from an engineering background and have experience in managing a team of 10-30. They are looking for a candidate who is already working as either an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Director.
Duties:
1. Line management of 10 direct reports and a wider team of 20-30
2. Client management
3. Winning repeat work
4. Leading on commercial reporting in CVR meetings
5. Safety leadership
Requirements:
1. Relevant Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or similar preferred
2. Experience working on civils projects in the rail industry, preferably station or bridge enhancements valued between £5-15m
3. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering over £20m annually
