An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor in Commercial Property. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:
* Managing sales and acquisitions of commercial properties, including investment and trading assets.
* Drafting and finalizing legal documentation such as contracts and leases.
* Handling landlord and tenant matters, refinancing, and development-related transactions.
* Overseeing client matters with a high degree of professionalism.
* Supervising and mentoring Trainees and Assistants within the department.
* Addressing client queries related to specific transactions.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
* Collaborating with the Head of Department to manage the division profitably and professionally, contributing to the firm's growth.
* Maintaining personal accreditations and billing targets.
* Providing performance feedback for appraisals and evaluations.
