We are currently recruiting for a permanent Commercial Administrator for our prestigious client based in the Basildon area.
As the Commercial Administrator, you will be providing key administrative support to the Commercial Department and Management team.
Your duties will include:
1. Handling calls, mail, and emails.
2. Dealing with couriers and deliveries.
3. Typing, photocopying, and scanning.
4. Creating PowerPoint presentations.
5. General admin duties and supporting the division.
6. Arranging meetings and seminars, and ensuring all meeting rooms are set up in a timely manner.
7. Updating and maintaining company files.
8. Keeping up to date with health and safety & environmental policies.
For this role, the skills required include:
1. Proven administration experience within an office environment.
2. Computer literate.
3. Ability to work within a team environment.
4. Managing time effectively, working to department deadlines.
5. Customer service skills as you will be communicating with various departments on a daily basis.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
