Prospero Teaching are looking for three people with a keen interest in SEND to work as Educational Health Care Plan Writer/Co-ordinators in South Yorkshire in a Hybrid/Remote working role.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
1. Location - South Yorkshire
2. Position - Educational Health Care Plan Writer/Co-ordinators
3. Start date - ASAP
4. Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing

6. Full time/part time - Full Time
7. Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP100 per day
8. Hours - 9:00am - 5:00pm
9. Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. You will need to be able to evidence your experience in carrying out needs led integrated assessments for children and young people aged 0-19, collaboratively working with service users, and other professionals.
2. QTS - desirable
3. Excellent IT and organisational skills
4. Be able to prioritise your own workload and also meet statutory timescales.
5. Knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person centred multi-agency meetings
6. Ability to demonstrate your ability to construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments, to meet the needs of children and young people and help them to achieve outcomes.
7. Good understanding of the issues facing families where children and young people have special educational needs and/or disabilities.
8. Knowledge of the Person Centred planning and processes.
9. Experience in chairing and leading meetings and experience of problem solving, resolving conflict and mediation.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
1. Hold Right to Work in the UK
2. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
3. Provide two professional child related references
