HR Assistant - The role: This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to join our People Services team, focusing on our Business Teams transformation. The role is pivotal in providing the smooth transition and administration required. Key responsibilities will include: Administrative Excellence : Deliver high-quality administrative support to HR and ER colleagues and stakeholders, particularly within the London office and globally as needed, ensuring consistency and process efficiency. Query Resolution : Be the first point of contact for transformation-related queries. Identify which queries require escalation to the HR Advisor and manage responses efficiently. Diary and Data Management : Handle diary management, invitations, letter administration, and Workday data upkeep. Reporting : Produce and manage reports for BT HR Managers, stakeholders, and project sponsors as required. Collaboration and Support : Work across teams to enhance service delivery, offer support during busy periods, and help develop the HR function through knowledge sharing and innovation. HR Assistant - What we're looking for: A proven track record in HR administration Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced professional services environment Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications Experience in diary management Familiarity with systems like Workday HR, Neocase, and iTrent. Confidence in verbal communication and strong written skills Strong prioritisation and organisational capabilities Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work HR Assistant - What's on offer?
