Benefits – health cash plan after a year’s service, Health and Life protection, flexible benefit schemes The roles and responsibilities of the successful Process Operator: Ensure products meet the standard for quality Run the plant to standard operating procedures, which includes start-ups and changeovers Liaising with plant development teams for improvement on standards Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis, completing gap analysis Ensuring observable standards are achieved for the line Ensure safe working practices Support training of process staff Any other duties/ projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder The successful Process Operator must: Be observant and very good at attention to detail Escalate when and if problems occur. Challenge to ensure success is achieved. Have good communication skills to interact with fellow team members. Team worker, ability to liaise with all fellow team members. Have the ability to focus on getting things done in a methodical and organized way. Have excellent attendance & Punctuality
