Reservations Manager – Central London, Luxury restaurant in London - £45,000 Reservations Manager Location: Central London Salary: Up to £48,000 COREcruitment are working with a luxury restaurant in Mayfair who are looking for an experienced and highly organi s ed Reservations Manager to lead and manage a dynamic reservations team within a high-end hospitality setting. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of luxury dining, exceptional customer service standards, and the ability to maximise revenue through strategic reservation management. Key Responsibilities: Reservations & Guest Experience • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring seamless booking management. • Manage and optimise table allocations to maximise revenue and guest experience. • Provide a luxury, personalised booking experience for VIPs, high-net-worth individuals, and special requests. • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests receive a warm and professional experience from the first point of contact. Team Leadership & Operations • Lead, train, and develop the reservations team, ensuring a knowledgeable and motivated workforce. • Implement and maintain best practices for reservation handling, including response times and guest follow-ups. • Work closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of special bookings, private dining, and exclusive experiences. • Handle escalated guest inquiries, complaints, and last-minute requests with professionalism and efficiency. Revenue & Performance Management • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reservation trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimise table occupancy and revenue. • Oversee and manage booking platforms, CRM systems, and reservation software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure revenue targets and KPIs are met. About you : • Proven experience (3 years) as a Head of Reservations / Reservations Manager in a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment. • Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, ResDiary). • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • A natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and discreet approach. • Experience handling high-profile clientele and VIP reservations. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced setting. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
