At CrossReach, we re looking for Support Workers to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to our residents in a supportive and inclusive environment. As a Support Worker, you ll contribute to the creation and delivery of care plans, provide day-to-day support, and encourage residents to engage with their community and pursue personal interests. This role also involves participating in staff meetings, undergoing professional training, and ensuring residents' wellbeing in line with CrossReach s values. While previous social care experience is beneficial, it s your commitment to providing outstanding care that matters most.
