Tasks
● Work with the head chef to create dishes that take seasonal ingredients and dietary limitations into account.
● Ensure that items are prepared and cooked to order and meet our high presentation and flavour standards.
● Keep track of food inventory and stock, ensuring that ingredients are appropriately stocked and stored.
● Maintain a clean and well-organised kitchen while following all health and safety laws.
● Work with the kitchen workers to ensure efficient and effective service.
● Assist other chefs if needed. Assist with the development of new recipes and dishes for our menu.
