The Role
The role of the Catering Manager will be Hands-on, flexible and varied. Main responsibilities will include the management of all aspects of the F & B operation across the site, ensuring service delivery standards, development of the food offer, as well as the management of the guest reception & client services in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Manage and inspire a team of 15, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Oversee catering, hospitality & events, reception, and guest services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key clients.
* Enhance the food offering and drive service improvements to meet client expectations.
* Oversee budgets, cost control, and ensure profitability.
About You
* Proven experience as a General Manager in a contract catering & guest reception services - corporate environment & setting.
* Exceptional leadership & mentorship skills, with a strong ability to develop and motivate teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence in liaising with senior executives and key clients.
* Experience in managing reception & guest services within a busy, high-profile environment.
* Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Possess a proactive approach to driving service excellence and innovation.
