The Building Surveyor’s role The majority of the new Building Surveyors role will be project-biased, working across a diverse range of commercial, office, retail, residential, and light industrial projects. the successful Building Surveyor shall also carry out a professional service including dilapidations and technical due diligence surveys; this will make up about 30% of your workload.
