MacGregor Black is partnering with a Global Sporting brand to recruit a Marketing Manager.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive trade marketing strategy across the UK and Ireland, aligned with overall brand and sales objectives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with key retail partners, coordinate trade shows and events, and lead impactful campaigns to enhance brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role also involves creating and executing social media strategies to increase online visibility and drive direct-to-consumer traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through tailored retail strategies.
* Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform and optimise marketing efforts.
* Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
* Coordinate and attend trade shows and events.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience, ideally with an outdoor or lifestyle brand.
* Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland sports and outdoor retail landscape.
* Proven track record of leading end-to-end campaigns and delivering measurable results.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Ability to interpret performance data and market insights to optimise strategies.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to travel when required.
