We are supporting a growing company based in Waltham Abbey who is recruiting for a full time Administration Coordinator. This is a fully office based with position with free parking, working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and with a salary of £25,000.
Duties will include:
Completing customer account reviews, ensuring all actions are completed and updating the system correctly
Complete commercial account checks including adding limited company trading address to the system and ensuring all information is correct
Address issues with overdue accounts and allocate when required
Undertake quality assurance checks
