Serving over 10,000 customers across the UK and globally. Headquartered in Hitchin, they operate three delivery vans, supplying a wide range of products. They are one of the UKs largest stockists of welding products, abrasives, power tools, and PPE. As a Warehouse Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Planning delivery routes for multidrop runs within a 50-mile radius using Maxoptra. Assisting in overseeing daily delivery operations. Serving customers at the trade counter and managing order pickups. Dispatching goods via courier service and checking in supplies. Liaising with internal and external sales teams to meet customer deadlines. Organizing warehouse space efficiently and helping with emergency driver cover when needed. What Theyre Looking For in a Warehouse Administrator: A can-do attitude and team-player mentality. Excellent people skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivation and initiative in completing tasks. A valid UK driving license and basic computer skills.
