IT Field Service Engineer role supporting our domestic and business clients across Kent and South London areas. Must be experienced in both Windows and Apple products and have excellent customer service skills.
This is a field role going out to our customers' sites and homes providing support with their technology. Some workshop work in our office in Maidstone will also be required.
Hardware knowledge in all aspects of Windows and Apple products required including computers, phones, and tablet repairs.
Experience in Microsoft 365 / Exchange essential as we host and support customers' 365 programs.
Experience in Cyber Security and VPNs is also essential.
Experience in repairs to board level, soldering, and wiring is also essential.
Good communication and sales experience, along with a willingness to attend business networking meetings, is important for this role.
Full driving licence required; vehicle provided.
