Your Role: This role is a crucial role in the growth of Sepura. The Channel Marketing Manager will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth, supporting multiple sales teams across the region and strengthening Sepura’s presence. You will: Act as a key liaison to the global channel network, working closely with partners and internal teams to implement sales and marketing initiatives. Drive an end-to-end marketing plan to support partner revenue growth and recruitment, driving both brand and commercial metrics. You will enjoy growing and being rewarded for partner revenue and recruitment alongside sales. Review the marketing performance of the channel and build a world class growth marketing plan. Activate marketing campaigns, promotions, and engagement programmes to maximise the performance of our channels. In order to be successful, you should have a strong knowledge of the marketing mix and the nuances of the channels in which you operate. You should also have excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of working with technology resellers, solution partners and independent software vendors. This role will be focused on partner and end customer acquisition. It will be hands on, working cross functionally with the relevant teams. You will: Provide the marketing support and proactive strategies to recruit new partners. Develop and execute marketing strategies, plans and campaigns that grow product adoption and partner sales. Develop an understanding of Sepura’s goals and target customers for the region. Incorporate customer feedback when identifying market needs, current barriers to growth, and possible solutions. Participate in the creation of annual channel marketing plans and budget, customer research activities, and other strategic growth initiatives related to the focused product category. Support the launch of new products by testing and refining messaging, and touchpoint plans to ensure product benefits are effectively showcased and effectively positioned to target audiences through the partner network. Share and apply external best practices to help improve processes and develop individual/team skills and knowledge. Become knowledgeable in Sepura’s broader product portfolio and go-to-market approach to maximize your understanding and impact. Measure, track, and optimize partner campaign performance by establishing KPIs, conducting analysis and reporting on progress towards achieving peak performance and a high return on channel marketing development funds. Share information with the senior team to understand where goals overlap and where learnings and work can be shared, collaborating on projects as appropriate. Prepare and present updates during regional sales meetings, working closely with sales leadership. Exceed territory quota by driving partner revenue growth and partner engagement. Manage and cultivate relationships with key distribution partners. Develop and execute business plans that align with sales objectives, including sales training, marketing events and demand generation initiatives. Enhance channel programs by creating tools and improving internal processes. Lead channel enablement efforts. Maintain in-depth knowledge of key competitors and best in class channel marketing. Your Day to Day: Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges. Activities you will be responsible for include: Partner Recruitment : Driving the marketing activities to identify, attract and onboard new partners. Partner Enablement: Create marketing toolkits, sales collateral, and training materials to support partners in promoting and selling products/services effectively. Channel Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to channel partners to drive recruitment, demand, and sales growth. Campaign Development & Execution : Design and execute co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives with channel partners. Market & Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to refine partner marketing strategies. Performance Metrics & ROI Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, partner engagement, and marketing ROI to optimize future initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and channel sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Event & Webinar Management: Plan and manage partner events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance partner engagement and brand visibility utilising the event marketing teams. Budget Management: Oversee the channel marketing budget. This job involves some international travel so the successful applicant will have a passport, a full, clean driving licence and their own car. Travel expenses will be paid. What you need to succeed: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience and Skills Solid experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing. Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and marketing automation tools. Extensive marketing experience of working in a mid-large size (preferably international) business required, with direct experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing. Understanding and experience across channel marketing touchpoints such as early-stage partner recruitment value proposition, partner enablement (e.g. training, brochures, demonstrations presentations), partner marketing development (advising on partner Go To Market approaches) and partner tracking (return on Marketing Development Funds). Hunter mentality with the ability to engage partner executives and demonstrate Sepura’s value to their business. Experience in developing and executing co-marketing programs. Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in content creation, and analytics tools Experience working with cross functional teams to develop and execute business and marketing strategies (i.e. business, product management, sales, sales ops etc.). Excellent project management, communication, and relationship building skills. Understanding of and appreciation for metrics, with proven results. Leading teams directly and through influence. Experience managing external agencies and internal creative services. The ability to establish executive-level relationships with key partners Strong team player who can collaborate effectively across the business Nice to have: Qualifications: Business, Telecommunications or Marketing Degrees Experience and Skills: Mobile Computing Device experience in B2B markets is a plus.
