Their focus on client satisfaction means we build strong partnerships, providing tailored solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team The Role In this role, you will: Manage multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Act as the key client interface, providing expert guidance and building strong stakeholder relationships. Oversee all project phases, from feasibility and planning through to handover. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors. Implement effective risk management strategies and ensure industry standards are met. Provide clear progress reports and updates to senior management and clients. About You To excel in this role, you will have: Proven experience in Cost Management within a consultancy or client-side environment. Strong knowledge of JCT contract administration. A solid understanding of project lifecycles, procurement methods, and contract administration. Confidence in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project success. Ideally, you will be MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM qualified, or working towards a professional accreditation.
