Key Responsibilities
* To assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
* To maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
* To manage and motivate a team of retail assistants.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within the pet industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Estimated Salary Range Based on Title: £38,500 - £48,750 per annum
