Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. Job Overview: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. You will work closely with both candidates and clients, building strong relationships and helping them find the best matches. The role involves a mix of office-based and client site visits, offering a hybrid working opportunity. Key Responsibilities: 360 Recruitment Role - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and placement. Candidate Sourcing: Identify, interview, and place top talent in the white collar construction sector. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering the best solutions. Client Site Visits: Visit client sites to gain a deeper understanding of their business needs, culture, and project requirements. Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team of consultants to ensure the best service is provided to both clients and candidates. Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring all recruitment activities are tracked accurately. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction or a related sector (white collar experience is preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering excellent service and achieving targets.
