Are you an all-rounder? Are you someone that is great on Excel and PowerPoint, fantastic with data, good at reporting but also a confident communicator that can build relationships with ease? My client is seeking a confident candidate that is able to hit the ground running with this 12-month contract! This role will be based in Woking with some flexibility to work from home a few days per week.
Responsibilities
1. Keep managers up to date on all customer activities to ensure that deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
2. Measure and report on customer activities using the in-house CRM systems.
3. Maintain and manage all relationships.
4. Attend weekly face-to-face client meetings alongside the account manager.
5. Understand the clients' needs by taking a detailed brief and working alongside the account manager to deliver the requirements.
6. Manage all project admin and documents, ensuring all documentation is logged and available for colleagues.
7. Provide weekly and ad hoc reporting for clients.
8. Use in-house portal for staff reporting.
Key Skills:
1. Be a confident user of the full Microsoft Suite with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
2. A confident communicator face-to-face and over the phone.
3. Organised and able to take on many tasks at once.
4. Work well under pressure.
5. Be self-motivated.
6. A natural communicator that can build relationships with ease.
