As the sole bartender on shift, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, personalised service with confidence and expertise. A deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, fine wines, premium spirits, craft beers, and local produce is essential. You will engage with guests, curating bespoke drinks and enhancing their experience through expert recommendations and an impeccable attention to detail.
