The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Operational Admin Assistant to join a leading provider of enterprise Asset Solutions within their fleet team based in Leeds or Humber.
Estimated Duration- 6 months
This role has been deemed inside outside of IR35
Your duties and responsibilities will be
* Co-ordinate fleet data.
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensure quality of data.
* Integrate supplier systems to produce and issue reports.
* Co-ordinate and process supplier invoices
* You will have the following experience and skills
* Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work across organisations.
* Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative as well as with a team.
* Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications.
* BPSS Clearance required or the ability to go through baseline security clearance.
