Main duties of the job
Main duties answering surgery telephones making appointments receiving patients on arrival dealing with repeat prescription requests doing e-referrals for patient seen by doctors carry out tasks in workflow manager booking transport, helping patients in booking blood tests requests helping practice manager in achieving QOF targets.

we are a small practice with two GP partners and a locum GP
We have about 3000 patient on our list and have four other receptionists working with us we have other staff attached to the practice as two part-time nurses a physiotherapist and a pharmacist
