Your Role as Lead Joiner: We are looking for a skilled Lead Joiner to carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and void reinstatement work across internal and external client properties. You will perform multi-skilled tasks such as joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and more, ensuring all work meets high standards of safety and quality. As a representative of Progress Housing Group, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure jobs are completed on time. You will also participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs and maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Join us and play a key role in improving our tenants' living spaces while working in a supportive and dynamic team. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.
