As a Customer Advisor, you’ll become an expert advisor and an inspiration as well as a guide. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. You will have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
If you’re happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll fit right in with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be open to expanding your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
