Warrington - 6 Month Contract (High chance the role will go permanent)
£14 per hour + £1.69 per hour holiday pay
Monday to Friday office based
This well-established business has recently been acquired by a global business and this has helped them continue their dramatic growth plans. To help keep up with the volume of orders they are looking to recruit a Sales Order Processor. This will suit somebody that has previous experience of sales order processing or creating quotations for a variety of products. Day to day responsibilities of the Sales Order Processor will be:
Update health and safety folders
Communicate health campaigns and lessons learned
Create and update health procedures and quality documentation
Update the QMS (quality management system) database, risk assessments and cost documentation
Raise NCR’s (Non-Conformance Reports)
Create Risk Assessment (Risk assessments will involve observing and understanding tasks directly on the shop floor, by speaking to staff directly before documenting findings and mitigation measures)
The Sales Order Processor will need the following skills / experience:
Excellent IT knowledge.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Perform weekly fire alarm tests every Monday.
Check and maintain fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.
Ensure welfare boards are up to date.
Conduct weekly and monthly health and safety checks.
Arrange facility contractors for inspections.
Update safety sheets and contact details.
