Sales Manager – The Role:
Promote products: to end-users worldwide. Support the sales team: by agreeing and managing targets and providing product sales product management support
Identify and manage new product development opportunities: through initial phases of the bid cycle
Work in a coordinated way: within the sales, engineering, and operations teams working towards team goals. Support the Regional Sales Director: in building the 5-year plan
Sales Manager – The Future:
The role is part of the succession planning of the business and their wider group.
Within 2 years you can expect to be in a Business Unit Manager role – within five years in a VP role.

Software Developer – skills and experience you need to have:
Experience of selling products into the UK military and/or commercial aerospace markets
Experience as a Sales Manager
You need to be tenacious and have experienced selling in a faster turnaround sales cycle business (not just very long term MOD framework cycles)
