**This job is only open to staff currently working for HDFT** The delivery and support of digital technology at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is fundamental in enabling staff to provide excellent and safe patient care. The Trust has invested significantly in digital technology and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team supporting the development, testing, training and continued roll out of maternity system Badgernet, one of the Trust's key clinical electronic patient systems. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for a number of the Trust's electronic patient record system Badgernet (Maternity).
The Badgernet team are responsible for the training, administration, management and further development of the clinical system.
The post-holder will provide specialist support on systems set-up, configuration and, where this is a new system or upgrade, implementation and training in advance of transfer to live system. Working with the Project Management team and clinicians to ensure appropriate and robust testing of software, planning and identifying resources required to ensure delivery within required timescales.

The Patient Systems Teams are specialist multi skilled information professionals responsible for the administration, support, management, training and further development of the Trusts Patient and Information systems, such as SystmOne, ICE, PCS (PAS), eReferral Service, Dragon Medical (DMWorkflow Manager and DMOne) Endosoft, Patientrack, EPMA (Medchart) and WebV EPR, used by teams across the acute and community based services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focussed individual to join the Patient Systems Team and support both business-as-usual and ongoing projects. You will provide specialist knowledge and support to system users, be committed to service delivery and continual customer focussed improvement.

5. Educated to diploma level or equivalent experience
6. Minimum of 3 years experience using patient systems
7. Experience of patient systems implementation
8. Experience of Change Management
9. Experience of managing staff

10. Training qualification or equivalent experience of training delivery/planning
11. Previous NHS experience
12. ITIL Qualification
13. Experience of service transformation
14. Experience of Trust systems PCS, ePMA, Patientrack, ICE, SystmOne, WebV, DMWM, ERS or other PAS/EPRs
