Provide one-on-one and small group support, especially in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects. Foster positive social interactions and help children build confidence. Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles. Help prepare classroom resources and assist with classroom organization. Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. A minimum of a grade C in GCSE English and Maths. Candidates must either have a child-only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
