Administration Assistant.
Central Belt, Scotland.
£24,000 per annum.
DKF are representing a market leading, national contracting group who now require an Administration Assistant to join their team in Scotland.
Our client regularly carries out projects with high street names, the NHS, housing associations, not for profit organisations and Local Authorities, and have previously completed projects with central government and the Royal Household.
They are now seeking to add an Administration Assistant to their team within their asbestos division. The role will involve working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm.
What your core responsibilities would be:
* Auditing and preparing data packs.
* Scanning and uploading documents onto the system.
* Creating data packs for on-site.
* Booking jobs/appointments in with tenants.
* Other general administration duties.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
* Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
* Experience working within a similar admin role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly organised with good time management.
