Job Description We are looking for an experienced and passionate Content Director to work alongside our Senior Content Directors and Head of Content, to deliver first class content across multiple sport and entertainment clients within CSM. You will collaborate on the delivery of content strategy and planning, creative idea generation, pre-production briefing (PPMs), production and director management, on set management, post production editing and feedback management, content amplification and laydowns. The Content Director plays a key role in briefing and developing relationships with production teams and agencies, and ensuring Wasserman is always forward-looking when it comes to trends, tech advancements and media consumption. We want someone who lives and breathes content and creative production, with experience in delivering on global accounts, consumer brands as well as high profile partnerships. What You Will Be Doing Collaborating with broader content and creative teams on the strategic development of all content delivery across Sport & Entertainment clients within Wasserman. Provide guidance and insight to the day-to-day client account teams. Responsible for all elements of content delivery, working with both internal and external production agencies on creative briefing, pre-during and post production management. Full management of client briefings, deliverables, project timelines and brand requests (formats, lengths & media delivery). Develop detailed content laydowns and amplification strategies, aligned to the wider sponsorship campaign and objectives, to ensure optimal delivery of content to audience across multiple channels Work with the Creative teams to brief, feedback and inspire the best ideas in the industry. Responsible for client management of production process, timelines and feedback. Guide and recommended client KPIs (as linked to content) Ensure that Wasserman retain their competitive edge in the market, and remain at the forefront of consumer trends, technology, digital & social media advancements etc. Collaborate on new business pitches, driving and formalising the creative briefing process across the business Work to win, grow and retain client accounts within Wasserman. What You Need Prior agency side experience including past success in managing content delivery for brands that invest substantial budgets in TV or digital content.
