Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities Wirral Metropolitan College is looking for a Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities to join our Estate and Facilities Team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £48,411 to £59,509 per annum. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: The effective delivery of all of the College’s Estates and Facilities services in partnership with the Director of Estates and Facilities. Lead the team across Estates and Facilities functions in developing and implementing the operational plan and budget, ensuring it supports the achievement of the College’s vision objectives and strategies Supporting the Director of Estates and Facilities to take forward the strategic development of the College's estate. To ensure the provision of cost-effective, high-quality services and facilities throughout the college including planned preventative/reactive maintenance, catering, fleet, cleaning, waste management and security. Skills and Qualifications: Qualification in a relevant discipline i.e. built environment, Mechanical/Electrical.
