What this role is all about: D2C Lead Generation and Retention Dialler ManagerLead, manage and optimise the dialler operations across relevant areas of control (Sales & Retention). To design, create and manage the implementation of dialler strategy based on customer behaviours, dialler performance and conversion rates. Manage stakeholder input (concerning dialler performance, market trends and external/partner innovation) and output (new initiatives and strategic direction). Work with engineering teams in relevant enterprise journeys to achieve development aims pertaining to outbound strategy.Key Actions:
1. Monitor Dialler performance against agreed targets and proactively alter strategy in real-time to improve performance or respond to events.
2. Analyse data performance to help shape future strategies
3. Work alongside Operational Teams to build an outbound strategy of increasing performance.
